Do I need to be home while you collect?
Not always. If the rubbish is accessible — side gate, garden, driveway — I can collect without you there. We sort the details on the call beforehand so I know exactly what to take.
What counts as bulky waste?
Anything too big for a bin bag — mattresses, sofas, white goods, furniture, large appliances. If you're not sure whether I'll take something, send me a WhatsApp photo and I'll let you know straight away.
