Quotes
All prices are agreed verbally on the phone or via WhatsApp before Andy turns up. The price you agree is the price for the whole job — no call-out fees, no admin fees, no surprise extras. If the job on the day is meaningfully different from what was described (e.g. twice the volume), Andy will tell you on the spot before loading.
Payment
Cash or bank transfer when the job is done. Receipt available on request. EA waste-transfer note available on request.
What we take
Anything except hazardous chemicals and asbestos. Fridges and freezers are special-handled — discuss the price with Andy first. See the full What we take page.
Where we work
Gravesend, Northfleet, Meopham, Swanscombe + close villages. We don't cover Dartford, Medway, Chatham, Gillingham or Rochester — please don't book us for those areas.
Cancellations
Phone or WhatsApp if you need to reschedule. No charge if the job hasn't started yet.
Waste duty of care
Andy is an EA-registered Upper Tier waste carrier (CBDU330845). Everything we collect goes to a licensed waste transfer station with a duty-of-care document for every load. Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, householders are responsible for ensuring their waste is handled by a licensed carrier — using an unlicensed carrier and your waste appearing fly-tipped traceable to your address is a £400 fixed-penalty notice on the householder.
