Northfleet (DA11) is one of the four towns Andy covers — Gravesend, Northfleet, Meopham and Swanscombe. Tight-local on purpose: it's why same-day or next-day actually means same-day or next-day, and why a fair price on the call doesn't turn into three follow-up callbacks. 10 minutes from Gravesend — same-day usually doable.
Northfleet is effectively the same zone as Gravesend for me — 10 minutes on the A226, DA11 postcodes, and a lot of the same housing stock. I'm in Northfleet most weeks, so same-day is usually on the table if you call in the morning.
The lower town around the High Street is tight Victorian terraces with narrow alleyways and awkward side gate access — I factor that in when I give you a price. Further east towards Ebbsfleet the housing is much newer, and I get regular calls from refurb contractors clearing builders waste from the new-build developments around Ebbsfleet Valley. Up the hill towards Springhead and Pepper Hill it's mostly post-war semis with decent gardens — garden clearances and loft work are common there.
Gravesham Borough Council covers Northfleet alongside Gravesend, so the nearest HWRC is the same one at Thames Way — handy for small car loads but not realistic for furniture or bigger clearances.
