Will you take photos for evidence?
Yes. I document the dump before I clear it and send you the photos — useful if you're reporting it to the council, making an insurance claim, or need evidence for a dispute.
Should I report it to the council before clearing?
If it's on public land it's the council's responsibility to clear — report it and wait. If it's on your private land you're responsible, but you can still report it. I can clear it regardless of whether you've already reported it.
What if there's hazardous waste in the dump?
Asbestos, clinical waste or chemical drums I don't touch — that's specialist territory requiring specialist kit. For the typical fly-tip mix (furniture, electronics, general waste) I'll take everything.
