How fast is same-day — am I waiting until evening?
Depends on the day. Sometimes I can be with you within a couple of hours; other times it's afternoon or early evening. I give you a realistic window on the call — I don't do vague 'sometime today' answers.
Do you charge extra for same-day?
I don't add a blanket same-day premium. The price is based on volume and what needs clearing. If the job's urgent and needs me to rearrange the day, I'll be upfront about that — but it's not an automatic surcharge.
What's the latest I can book for a same-day collection?
Call or WhatsApp before 2pm if you want a realistic chance of same-day. Later than that it depends entirely on where I'm working. Worth asking though — if I can fit it in, I will.
