Mattress, bed and kitchen units off a side yard
A side yard full after a bedroom and a kitchen came out — mattress and bed base, the unit carcasses and drawers, the rubbish bags, all piled against the wall by the roses. Loaded it and the yard's back to grass. The old fridge-freezer went last, on its own — fridges have to go to the right place to be dealt with properly, so I take those separately. Give me a ring about fridges rather than just booking; it's never a problem, it just needs saying.

A family's garage-front pile
You can read a family's summer in this one — the kids' ride-on car, the rabbit hutch, a chest of drawers, storage crates, flat-pack boxes, a shopping trolley, fence panels and a couple of merchant's bags. Everything out from in front of the garage and the yard's clear. The weeds were the only thing I left — that's a different job, and I do that one too.

Bags and blocks by the hot tub
A back garden where the hot tub had just gone in and everything else had piled up next to it — a dozen rubbish bags, a stack of old concrete blocks and bricks, a sun lounger past its best, a wheelbarrow tray, a roll of bamboo screening. Heavy stuff to carry through a house, so it all goes out by hand, carefully. Left the garden furniture and the hot tub exactly as they were.

Two garages, still full when I took the photo
These two were photographed on the way in. One was stacked with bulk bags of rubble and old timber. The other was packed to the roof with everything a garage collects over the years — garden chairs, plant pots, a Christmas tree, a suitcase, a cool box, boxes of boxes. Both cleared. If your garage looks like either of these, it's a morning's work, not a weekend.
