Do you do partial clearances?

Yes. You don't need to clear the whole house for it to be worth calling me. I regularly do single rooms, garages, lofts, or just 'take what I don't want and leave the rest.' Tell me what you need and I'll work around it.

How do bereavement clearances work?

I handle them carefully. If there are items the family wants to keep, I work around those. I'm not rushing through — I understand the situation. Photo evidence is available on request if you need it for probate purposes. I won't ask you to move anything yourself.

What items do you take?

Most things. Furniture, white goods, mattresses, bags of clothing, books, appliances, carpets, general clutter. The main exceptions are hazardous chemicals and asbestos — if you've got those, I'll point you towards a specialist.

What won't you take?

Hazardous chemicals, paint (unless dried), asbestos, and clinical waste. Fridges and freezers I can handle but they need separate disposal — I'll let you know if there's a small additional charge for those.

Will you give me a fixed price?

Yes. I come, I look at the job, I give you a price. That's what you pay. I don't charge by the hour and add extras at the end. WhatsApp me a few photos first and I can often give you a ballpark before I even visit.

Are you licensed?

Yes — EA waste carrier licence CBDU330845, registered with the Environment Agency. I've been operating under the same licence for years. You can verify it on the government's public register if you want peace of mind.
