I do garden clearances all week in Gravesend and the surrounding villages. It's one of those jobs people put off because it feels manageable — until it isn't. Overgrown hedges, a rotting shed, four years of bagged leaves you never got round to taking to the tip. I've seen all of it.

What counts as garden clearance?

Pretty much anything in your outdoor space that you want gone. Branches and hedge cuttings, grass, old sheds and fencing, garden furniture, soil and rubble, decking, patio slabs, broken plant pots — all of it. If you're not sure whether I'll take something, send me a WhatsApp photo and I'll tell you straight away.

How long does it actually take?

Most standard garden clearances in Gravesend take two to four hours. A full overgrown garden with a shed and old furniture might take half a day. I'll give you a time estimate when I come to look at the job — I don't like giving estimates blind because gardens vary massively.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. If there's side gate access I can often collect while you're at work. We sort the details on the call or WhatsApp beforehand so I know exactly what's going and what to leave.

What happens to the waste?

I'm a licensed waste carrier — EA licence CBDU330845 — so everything goes to a proper facility. Green waste gets composted where possible. I don't fly-tip, and I can provide a waste transfer note if you need one for records.

How is it priced?

By the load, not by the hour. I look at the job, give you a price, and that's what you pay — no hidden extras for difficult access or heavy items. Call me or WhatsApp a few photos and I'll give you a fair number.
